Nicholas Malins-Smith

Nicholas Malins-Smith is a Director at Lanstead and works in the London office. Nicholas has more than 25 years of extensive experience advising and investing in listed growth companies. Prior to joining Lanstead, he managed institutional small cap investment funds in the City with Henderson, Rothschild Asset Management and Friends Provident, where he managed the largest (£1.5 billion) institutional small cap investment fund in London. He also worked as a corporate broker advising and raising capital for companies listing in London. Nicholas received a B.A. and an M.A. from Cambridge University.

Jacqueline Briscoe, Lanstead

Jacqueline Briscoe

Jacqueline Briscoe is a Director at Lanstead and works in the London office. Jacqueline has previously worked as an equity sales person and corporate broker for large investment banks and small cap brokers in London.  With over 15 years investment banking experience she brings a wealth of skills, and specializes in understanding the corporate client’s investment strategies, products and expansion plans, working closely with management to ensure they maximize their growth potential.

Mark Holden

Mark Holden is a Co-Founder of Lanstead with more than 25 years of experience investing in and advising growth companies in the global financial markets. Mark previously founded and led one of the growth equity investment practices at JPMorgan Partners (“JPMP”), was a Principal with Trident II, L.P., and held several positions at Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York. He has also served as a director of a number of publicly quoted and private companies. Mark received a B.S., cum laude with University Honors from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Gregory Kofford

Gregory Kofford is a Co-Founder of Lanstead with more than 30 years experience in the global capital markets and in international equity investing for some of America’s wealthiest private family offices. These included positions in New York with Windsor Associates/Manko & Company, an investment firm that held memberships on the New York Stock Exchange, American Stock Exchange, the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Stock Exchange. Greg received a B.S. from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. from the Sloan School at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.).
